Gather at the Washington Monument Visitors Center for a rally lead by Civil Rights Veterans - Dr. James Forman, Frank Smith and  Lawrence Guyot -  and, then  after the rally, we will proceed to the 40th Anniversary March site at the Lincoln Memorial .
